Located on the first floor, this 24m² mountain studio comprises a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a double bunk bed, an open-plan kitchen, an alcove area with a bunk bed sleeping two, a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-Sur-Arly.
The apartment is located about 700 metres from the village, 1.4 km from the ski slopes and 1.6 km from the swimming lake, which is open in summer.
You will have access to a private ski locker, an underground parking space and a communal outdoor car park.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
