Located on the first floor of a luxury residence with lift, this holiday apartment comprises a living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed (double bed), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet with washbasin.

The residence is located in the heart of the village of Praz-sur-Arly, not far from the slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is approximately 800 metres from the flat.
You will have a designated indoor parking space and a private ski locker. The accommodation offers a west-facing balcony accessible from the living room.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.

Please note: Construction work is currently underway near the flat during the summer of 2025. Noise disturbance is therefore possible during the day.

A deposit will be required on arrival.
