Fenced in yard for our dog, gas fireplace to make things cozy, foosball for some fun. Convenient location to shops/restaurants/parks. And to top it off we came into a lit Christmas tree. "Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks).
