"We travelled with another family, so there were 8 of us. It was a perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed, communication from the property managers was great and we felt it was a good price. Palm cove is a lovely spot, and close to all of the touristy things in Cairns. The only very minor negative thing is the street layout, with no pavement walkway to the beach. (You can access the water front by walking on the roadside or grassed verge)."

"Accurate photos, very clean, well furnished. Beautiful, well maintained heated pool. Quiet upscale neighborhood, occasional kangaroos. Short walking distance to secluded ocean beach, large public park, rainforest hiking trails, excellent marina restaurant and public transportation. Easy access to/from airport, nearby mall, Cairns Central Business District and area attractions."

"The property is spacious, tastefully furnished and fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The lagoon view is relaxing and the walk to the beach and restaurants only a few minutes. Beds were very comfortable. Our dog also had a wonderful time as the lawn area is big enough for play and running around. The owners were very helpful in every respect from check in to making sure we had everything we needed.We are looking forward to being able to stay again!"

"We were able to relax and enjoy the Cairns/Palm Cove/Port Douglas area with ease while staying at the Carinya Villa and the name was very appropriate. Since we wanted a central location for our Queensland getaway it was perfect. The house was clean, organized, well maintained and supplied. Had a great time with the outdoor space."
