"Everything was perfect and wonderful. Faith was so accommodating and so nice in answering some questions I had. The house was perfect for us with a one-year-old and three-year-old, including the way the pool is situated and built. And you can't beat a heated pool in November! Perfect ocean views too. Seriously we were so satisfied and happy and will more than likely be back next year. Thank you"

"The keyless check in was a disaster, consuming much pre-arrival customer time, only to be overridden with a physical key being issued in the end. Obtaining the key required traveling to a sister hotel over a mile away. We were told "They were having internet problems". The coffee machine had a cup of stale coffee in the overflow well. There was poor communication in the room about the location of items like the ice machine. It turns out the machine was a block away in a separate building. And so...

"The Water Street Hotel and Marina is a lovely place to stay. Very spacious rooms with full kitchen and a lovely balcony facing the river. While we were there, it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area is also comfortable, clean and quiet. This was more like a condo than a hotel. I especially loved the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. That was a nice touch. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and don’t forget to get your biscuit from the Biscuit Factory in the mornings....

"This was perfect for our 2 night stay. It was clean (including the Keurig) and there were plenty of linens and dishes. The heater worked great, though it’s a different kind of unit with a remote and a quick Google search told us how to set it. No big deal. Check-in/out was easy and straightforward & the keypad was simple and worked without issue. There was plenty of parking room. The location was great, close to restaurants and the forest.
