"The location of this apartment is wonderful… BUT I believe it should be noted in the listing that there is a massive construction site directly in front of the building. While it is not active 24/7, it may block off entrance to the building, forcing you to go around it. Further, our first night there it was very much active… very loud construction with jackhammers and huge cranes was going on starting at 10pm and continuing for several hours. Even when it is not active, it is what you are...

"this place was much smaller than the pictures made it out to be. Intermittent hot water also. Said there was a hot tub. Negative!! Good enough but expected more because of the pics. Would NOT go back"

"Communication with company was excellent. Nice building, clean, plenty of kitchen cleaning and washing machine products. Living room furniture could be updated. Nice that it had a 1/2 bathroom, along with full (in bedroom). Had to park outside building to first go upstairs to get the garage card and then drive around the block (which could take five minutes—even though it is easy to access as a pedestrian). I couldn’t find the assigned spot but most of the time there were plenty of others. ...
