"A good location, really spacious family room. We lots of issues from no access to balcony, no washing machine, car park taken - the staff were fantastic to deal with but it was really tricky and disappointing with two little kids. The room we had was not safe for a moving baby (stairs, bed big glass vases) but we made do. The pool is absolutely freezing, like an ice bath. "

"O quarto era muito confortável, a cama maravilhosa e o banheiro compartilhado estava sempre limpo e vazio. Apenas acho que deveria ter mais de um vaso sanitário. Eu tive apenas um problema no checkout que ocorreu de madrugada, mas aparentemente eu que não entendi onde deixar a chave e por onde sair na madrugada. A sorte é que um funcionário chegou e abriu a porta, se não tinha perdido o voo."
