Moradias em Praias de Cairns, QLD

"Quarto antigo colchão ruim e poucas opções na TV "

"ホテルについては文句はありませんが、島全体が鳥の糞の臭いがします。 昼を食べていると増えすぎた鳥(ナンヨウクイナ)がテーブルの上に乗ってきたり、手に持っているポテトを奪い去っていきます。 また、宿泊者特典でサンセットバーがあるかと思うのですが、インフレの影響なのかグラスがプラスチックの使い捨てコップに、チーズなどの軽食のおつまみがなくなっていました。"

"At first we were put in a room that should never be offered to anyone that pays to stay here it was filthy old and falling apart.... No one who pays for apartment/hotel should ever be put in a room like this. I was very surprised with this. However I went to reception and they were absolutely helpful and put us in a better and cleaner room, the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect we loved it!! Just one suggestion that the ceiling fans should be cleaned they were all coated in thick dust....

"Alles super, gerne wieder"

"Bom hotel, mas não 5 estrelas. Café da manhã muito básico, o serviço da piscina é inexistente. O valor cobrado não vale."

"This is our second stay at this property. We got a nice spacious apt with a mezzanine. WiFi problems previously reported were fixed, and it worked just fine. Very convenient location with nearby food options."

"Região bonita,restaurantes agradáveis.Esta a 30 minutos de Cairns."

"Very friendly owner amd staff, clean and nice appartement with everything you need. Beach was close, pool was fine. Would have loved to stay longer. Next time for sure again!"

"The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again"

"I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....

"everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) "
