"The room was very spacious and bright, with a gas fireplace and sitting area in front of it. The chairs in the seating area were a bit uncomfortable, saggy, so one night we watched the small tv in bed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and the whole room was very clean. The mini fridge had a freezer which was appreciated for our freezer packs. "I booked three nights for over February vacation with two teenagers. I was not told that the pool was closed for maintenance until after we checked in. There was no refund offered, and although the staff was extremely nice, the hotel and rooms are a bit rundown, looking with an electrical outlet not working in our room and a weird smell coming from the heater/fan"

"Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. "

"Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. "Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and was decorated so cutely! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the dining room had great vibes. The location was great for a trip to Loon. This would also be a great place in the summer to explore the area!"
