"Clean hotel and very friendly staff"

"Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Lebanon in a long time! I honestly refuse to stay anywhere else whenever I’m in the area. From the incredible staff to the comfort of the beds, everything was a 10/10. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine Lebanese hospitality. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful service from the staff. Great traditional Lebanese breakfast and very generous portion."

"Localização excelente funcionários muito atenciosos gentis limpeza impecável café da Manhã excelente porém caro para média do país no geral superou as expectativas"

"Everything starting with the front desk to the waitress security maintenance and pool guy."

"O hotel é ótimo, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento excelente, não me incomodei com nada, a não ser o desaparecimento de uma bijouteria que não posso atribuir ao hotel sem ter certeza. pois posso de alguma forma ter perdido."

"Perto de tudo e quartos limpos"

"We stayed at the Madison Hotel for over 3 weeks we found the staff to be excellent and so caring and accommodating. The air conditioning was great during our stay so important as the weather was very hot during in July and August. Hotel was close to so many resturants, grocery stores, coffee shops and beaches. Diffently will come back and stay again."

"First it may have been Expedia’s problem that staff at the front desk said we didn’t have reservations even though I got a confirmation email. The place is decent, we had to request towels and the remote for the air conditioner. Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Other staff were nice and helpful. "

"Highly recommended. The staff is so helpful and friendly room are spacious and clean. Location is good near plenty of restaurants and 20mn walk from jounieh beach front. We will be back.. lastly pool and gym were great !"

"I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The beautiful sea view made the experience even more special."
