"The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a welcome drink and a plate of fruit on the room. The A/C was broken but the staff solved the problem while we had dinner. But the room was still very hot and the A/C was very noisy.

"Our stay from start to finish was perfect. Chris, Weni, Otto and Pascal went out of their way to make sure we had the best time possible. Attentive and helpful Without being intrusive. Chris was able to give us lots of information about the surrounding areas and places to go. Its a bit outdated and not a 5 star hotel.
The pool is nice and the beach is beautiful, these are the strongest points of it.
The amenities are not good (Old towels and beddings) breakfast food is not really tasty, specially the drinks.

"It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access."
