"Alguns dosctrabalhadores da recepcao sao corruptos e tentam cobrar mais despesas do que as efectivamente realizadas. Ao trocar dinheiro inclusive fui enganada em quase o dobro da mieda local. Tirando isso bom hotel, agua da piscina muito suja e sem cuidados de higiene."

"This hotel has been in business for many years. The old original building had nice architectural things like hand laid wood parquet flooring, funky old bathtubs. Nice art on the walls. "It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again."

"This ended up being a scam. Hotels.com prevented me from cancelling the reservation after I determined it was a scam, so I booked another hotel through another service. I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet.
Needless to say, if i hadn't booked an alternative room after realizing this was a scam, Hotels.com would have left me homeless in...
"I arrived to check in but the front desk was not there and the housekeeper said she doesn’t know who I spoke with even though I was trying to explain to her that I made bookings online. Housekeeping called the front desk lady on the phone and she said she is somewhere else and it will take her 45min-to an hour, can you imagine this mess after pay $155 for this S.Hole.
