"The most beautiful stay! Perfect location on the waterfront, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Allowed us a room to shower after we’d already checked out and there was a hotel minibus to take us and our cases to the bus stop! Incredible, would highly recommend x"
"We had the apartments that were slightly separate to the main complex but this was ideal as we had privacy and no disturbances from the main area. Kassiopi is a beautiful harbour town with loads of great restaurants, plus bars, supermarkets and bakeries. The apartment was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony, and just perfect for our stay. Rooms cleaned daily, and very polite and welcoming staff. "Clean, well equipped apartments with a beautiful sea view and delightful hosts. The beach is just across the road, sandy and shallow - perfect for young children. The pool is also beautiful and a very generous size.
After returning from our first stay 2 years ago, we were disappointed that the 2 good nearby restaurants within walking distance have closed, but within 10 minutes by car there are several good tavernas to choose from. "
"Beautiful gardens ,well kept flowers everywhere, well equipped for self catering , short walk to beach, shops and restaurants . Nick met us on arrival and we saw him several times during our stay, very nice helpful man nothing too much trouble for him, would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation "
"Minha estadia foi razoável, chegamos a noite só tinha uma atendente nada solicita. Tínhamos um passeio as 7hs no dia seguinte pedimos uma café da manhã antecipado, disse que não podia pois a cozinha estava fechada, mas 15min após o chef veio trazer as “sacolinhas” das pessoas que já tinham solicitadas, poderiam ter oferecida uma fruta, um suco de caxinha...., a atendente não mostrou nenhuma vontade de atender o cliente.
No quarto não tinha espelho , só o acima da pia.

"Very clean. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen had lots of storage with plates, bowls, cutlery etc. The bathroom was very sanitised and also had a hair dryer and some small travel soaps. The outdoor area was beautiful with a pool and many sunbeds which makes it perfect for a family. The apartments were also cleaned regulary this included of, beds changed,new towels, and more. Overall i would highly reccomend this place."
"The hotel is pretty good and the staff is better. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, but the juices could be better. If you don’t like cats around you during the meals or you’re allergic, that is a problem. "
"A family trip to Greece. Wonderful weather, a large swimming pool on site, and a well-stocked bar offering delicious meals and drinks. The room was small, with a somewhat outdated kitchenette. The shower had a curtain instead of a cabin, and water often spilled onto the floor. The balcony overlooks the pool and sea. We only slept in the room. It was quiet and pleasant; we couldn't complain. Only 10 min walk to the beach."
"I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach vacation. The highlight of our stay was the stunning sunsets at the beach. The staff were very friendly, and the food selection was extensive. The only downside was that they charge an extra fee for sunbeds directly on the beach, but we didn’t mind that much, since the ones by the pool are free.

"This was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy—whether it’s the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants.
The all-inclusive package includes branded international alcohol and truly outstanding cocktails available throughout the resort. The hotel is very family- and child-friendly, featuring a great aqua park with both large and small water slides.

"Hotel is really nice and new, the rooms are excellent and clean, the pool area is lovely. The whole hotel is quite stylish.
As in previous reviews mentioned: the service is partially really slow and the food, especially at dinner, lacks a bit of variety. But all in all we would definitely recommend the hotel!
