"The property is clean and quiet . Ideal for a retreat . Staff in the reception is outstanding. They were there for every little thing you can ask about and were always happy to help out.
Dinner at the restaurant is great too ! "
"The hotel area outside was nice, but the room was very old.
The tiles on the floor of the room and bathroom were stained and in a bad shape.
The furniture was also in a bad shape.
The toilet in the bathroom was not working properly and the water was running all the time.
I do not recommend to stay in this hotel.
The obly two good things: AC worked well and it was very closed to the beach.

I would like to especially thank a lady who is in charge of the front desk reception here. Because I accidentally slipped, she was very kind and busy for me and quickly called an ambulance. "This hotel was an incredible surprise for us. Itâs located just 200 meters from the Duomo of Catania, and as soon as you step inside, it feels like youâve been transported to a castle. Celso went above and beyond to meet our needs â he made sure our room was ready before check-in time, arranged taxis for us, and even prepared breakfast 30 minutes earlier so we could eat before an early tour.
