"The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property. The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. I asked for 15 minutes to finish my breakfast since checkout time was not yet reached, but the staff insisted on taking...

From the first day, Sammy, was already in contact, willing to help and gave us a lot of information about the city. Very well located, and very nice English breakfast. "An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months"

"IWe liked everything about hotel but the restaurant in the evening 1.lighting very dark 2.Meals are without vegetables which were add ons /even though the meals were pricey enough without them We would like to see lighting addressed and meals to be complete and we thought a A price for one course or two courses or three complete with vegetables would have been a more generous and expectable form of enhancing our stay and likelihood of ourselves returning to otherwise a most lovely family...

"Loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the self catering lodges which was great. Lodge was spacious and had everythigg no we needed travelling with young children. We used the hotel swimming pool and explored the grounds. Great location, easy to park and charge EV and in an excellent location for what we wanted. Staff helped with any query we had. The only thing I’d love to see was a few more condements in the lodge, what would be available if we stayed in the hotel. Will definitely stay again"

We felt like we were visiting friends. Well located for getting around the area, Eden project and popular beaches and harbours a short distance away. "
