"Lovely hotel in the heart of Polperro. Very friendly greeting by Becky. She was Bubbly and very helpful and informative about the hotel and Polperro. We have mobility issues so when we were told we had bookef the top floor (3 flights) she found us a lower room and helped with the luggae ustairs. Nice room and lovely lounge and breakfast room. It was great to get a drink at the honesty bar and sit on the lovely terrace above the road and watch the world go by. Only downside was that the toilet...

"What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. "I was on business trip I had an Excellent stay, amazing value for money. Breakfast outstanding. Tuesday & Wednesday the pub is closed, but very helpful on suggestions of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend "

"The owners were very friendly. A cosy place, room was clean slightly dated. The room my wife and I was in had signs of an old leak on ceiling, some repairs needed but nothing serious. Both of us found the bed a little soft for our liking. There are no restaurants close by within easy walking distance, but there are plenty of choices by car within 10 - 20 mins."

"This is an amazing hotel....heated outdoor pool, spa, 1 min walk from a cliff view, 5 minutes from a beach. The staff are all so nice and friendly the only negative thing i have to say is the shower in the room was terrible.....better off showering in the spa showers"
