Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "Very clean, well maintained, and spacious property. The rooms are very modern and the balcony area very large. The staff really made the stay outstanding, providing great knowledge of the island, and attending to all of our needs. Amazing breakfast with fresh foods prepared from scratch. Not walkable to the port area but the drives was very short, and it was nice to escape the this busy area. We will return."

"Had the best stay at Irida, was so relaxing, the service was amazing! Our room was gorgeous and we had an amazing view. I recommend you rent a car, to get around the island easy. The hotel was a short walk to the beach.
