The villa was clean well furbished, comfortable, and beautifully presented - loved the pool and the day bed close by. It was a very relaxing. Would go back here without hesitation."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Castaway! The staff were beyond lovely and so helpful with anyone we asked. The hotel is gorgeous and perfect if you were travelling with other people - shared pool which is quite close to everyone else’s rooms but it makes for a nice relaxing environment anyway. It’s walkable to mushroom beach, super easy and close, The ONLY negative is the bar across the road plays louddd live music every night until approx 10-11pm but in all honesty it didn’t really effect us...

"This property is a hidden gem at the end of a dusty road, a quick walk away from the Tamarind beach. The owners are clearly very proud of their little hotel and it makes for an absolutely wonderful stay. Breakfast is simple but hearty, the pool is a cool haven on a hot day, and the courtyard is an enclave of peace and quiet. "

The Lucky Cottage is a short stroll from Mushroom Bay beach right where the Tanis Fast boat ferry arrives (head straight through Tanis Beach Resort, past reception, and you'll be on a little track out the back of the resort. "Had a wonderful 3 night stay here, would definitely stay again. Everything was very easy to organise with the hotel staff for any of our needs. Nice friendly service. The little villa was great, aircon was amazing, slept really well, the occasional barking dog early in the morning though but really enjoyed our stay. A good spot not far from sandy bay, dream beach, sunset point via scooter. "
