"Disappointing. This is a spacious gated resort. The Marina Hotel is a 4 storey building at one edge. A shuttle service is necessary to get to the restaurant and activity areas which are about 2Km away These shuttle vehicles must be summoned by phone. These vehicles are high and awkward. I am 70 and could not manage the steps up. If you are over 30 and even slightly heavy you will struggle. Shuttle buses only operate within the resort. Taxis are expensive and not always reliable at night. In the...

"Great spot, accommodating, easy arrival and departure. Lovely staff, amazing breakfast. Just executed on the entire program and had a great Halloween show even with a massive storm. I wish all the staff could be bonuses. Also the groundskeepers should be commended, cleaning the pools, the landscaping, etc so much respect"

"mooie kamers en ruime badkamer, dit alles in een prachtige omgeving."

"Perfect location for walking, smoker friendly, nice and clean. We would stay there again"

"the hotel is "fine", but not worth the price nor the title. the staff makes a big effort to please and I am thankfull to them, but the place is absolutely not worth the price. there are much better places to stay in Koh Chang at a fraction of this price. the hotel is badly mantained and very very old instalations (very "used"); there is no beach, the gardens are not mantained and the transfer to Kho white Beaches happens only 4 times a day with last one at 19:00..."

"Breakfast terrible. Room okay."

"HOTEL CONFORTAVEL, CORDIAIS DE LOCALIZAÇÃO NÃO MUITO PRIVILEGIADA. FALTA OPÇÕES NO RESTAURANTE. CAFÉ DA MANHA BOM."

"Nice rooms, nice pool, nice distant view of the sea. Tucked away from busy streets which will appeal to some but others will miss being close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast is available but you need to drive to get lunch and dinner as there is no restaurant onsite. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t mind driving out and arranging dinner in advance."

"Paradise resort is on the beach and the bungalows are nicely situated. Staff are great and the food is very good and well priced. I would recommend staying at the resort. I suggest to make the stay perfect that USB A and B points be in the room to charge the phones!"
