"Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."

"The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "

"It is a charming hotel that makes you feel at home. There are just 16 rooms so it tends to be more intimate than standard resorts. Our room was number 9 on the superior floor reached by stairs. It is a cozy apartmente with room, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a small porch where you can rest while having breakfast or reading a book. The air condition is a need. "Very clean room. Staff was friendly. Full kitchen could probably use a few more glasses. Bed did not have pillow top mattress as advertised but only and no bathrobes as advertised. Older condo but kept up. Bathroom had a perfect walk in shower I had garden view /view of pool . 3 minute walk to beach. Could use more umbrellas on beach. "

"location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. "large rooms light and airy (upstairs , downstairs seemed like they may be a little dark and there would be people walking past all the time) steps to upper floor slippy in the tropical weather so be aware if this is a thing for you. all staff, like everywhere in Antigua very friendly and helpful (one minor exception - housekeeping on day of departure a little rude / brusk). quite location , except gardening noise most days (they have to be maintained) walking distance to restaurants but...

"The apartment exceeded my expectations! It was quiet and clean and close to the English harbor. The live hibiscus pedals on the bed as a nice touch. The communication is as also excellent. Very clear with directions. "

"The location is wonderful. The staff is sketchy--some were wonderful, but many were sullen and rude. Check out everything--like when rides to the front desk are available--before you go. Also, the food was comparable to a college cafeteria. If you don't go early, it is cold and minimal. The property is VERY hilly, so, consider this is you are older, like my wife and me. To put it shortly, I would never consider going back to this resort."

"My unit did not have beach front view. However, beach was 3 minute walk away and was LOVELY. It was great staying at Antigua Village, I recommend it to anyone who love to have their own space to decide whether they want to eat out of make their own meals. They can even order in if they so wish to. Great place to stay. Highly recommended."
