"Mattress was hard and seemed broken down. We both left with back aches. Room appeared clean but when I went to get a spoon out of the drawer the drawer felt greasy. Air conditioner was noticeably loud but cooled the room off. The door was difficult to open… the lock mechanism wasn’t functioning correctly. We reported it.
