"Small, boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and common spaces. Breakfasts on the patio were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, but only about a 10 minute walk down to the central area of town. There is no dedicated parking and the street it is on is closed to cars (pedestrian and cafe seating only), but it wasn't hard to find street parking nearby (free) and then bring our luggage inside. Alessandra, the manager, was so welcoming and had great recommendations."

"Perfect accommodation for those wishing to explore the eastern-southern part of Sicily. 20 minutes drive to Noto and further to Modica and Scicli. The place is located 2-minute walk from Avola city centre, a lot of shops nearby and free parking on the street (easy!). The room is perfectly clean, comfy beds, fridge and kettle. Super good communication with the owner, I arrived after 20:00 and easily got into the room with directions received beforehand. I would come back :) Thank you!"

"Lovely little place in the heart of Noto. You need to have a car to get to the beach, I'm not sure if there's buses running. Parking is also very difficult, it took us an hour to park the car as both car parks full and no on street parking."

"This is my third trip to Noto and my first trip here traveling by myself and not with my family. As such, I thoroughly enjoyed my beautiful room, a pleasant eight minute walk from all of my favorite restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast included in the room price at the bar down the street is wonderful, everyone there is so friendly."

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered recommendations for the area as well as nearby towns to visit. Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. My wife has celiac disease and they catered to her gluten free diet for breakfast. We stayed there during her birthday and they presented her with a gluten free walnut and chocolate cake they made themselves and sang happy birthday to her....

"Posto molto carino e centralissimo, a pochi minuti dalla piazza e dal mare. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite. La titolare disponibile e cordiale, ci ha persino aiutati a trovare parcheggio. A soli 15 metri c’è anche un comodo parcheggio a pagamento."

"So it was hard To check in because the address on the website is 14, but access to the B&B is through 16. The numbers listed on the front of #14 are non functioning. It was really hard to check in and until the host answered the message through the website we were not able to check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although no blankets were provided and it was very cold in the room. Stayed 2 nights, the host was very nice and breakfast was great!!!"
