"The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there "

"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "

Beim Check-in hat man uns gefragt, ob wir besondere Wünsche haben, und das klang nicht wie eine Pflichtfrage. Man hat wirklich zugehört. Ich erwähnte, dass mein Rücken manchmal Probleme macht, und sie haben mir das Massagestudio gleich um die Ecke empfohlen. Sehr angenehm. "Very disappointing. We have reservations of 3 rooms for 6 days. We got in the hotel late around 10pm, the rooms are not ready yet. When we get in the room, rooms smells terrible. The washrooms are not flushing well. Sinks are clog. The lights are not functioning well. No toiletries in any rooms. Kettles only available in the outside kitchen. "I don't usually write negative reviews but I had to with this hostel. First off, the staff were great, no complaints there. I never stayed in the dorm area as they were all booked so no comment there. I had a loft style room. The stairs up to it were very steep. I can see someone falling on the way down if they've had a few too many. One of the steps was very rotted out and felt like it may give way any day. "The only great great thing about it is the place where it's located. The AC was old and loud as hell, the view from the window was not good. The cleaning was minimum. The sheets had holes and stains in it. There's no internet in the rooms, it barely works on the front desk. We had to change rooms, the old one had no power (even with the generator on).
