Appartement bien situĆ©, nous avons visitĆ© Prague presque toujours Ć  pied Avec une tempĆ©rature extĆ©rieure entre 28 et 30 degrĆ©s il fesait trĆØs chaud sous les toits, peu d'aĆ©ration,mais sinon l'appartement doit ĆŖtre agrĆ©able Je n'ai pas vu le propriĆ©taire mais le sĆ©jour s'est bien passĆ© Je recommande cet appartement

Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Sehr zuverlƤssig. Top Lage. Sehr schƶnes, komplett ausgestattetes Apartment Ć¼ber 2 Etagen. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. NICHT barrierefrei. Sehr gut: FĆ¼r 7 Personen gab es 2x SchlĆ¼ssel, was die interne Logistik sehr erleichtert hat. šŸ‘ Gerne wieder. 7 Sterne.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Sie liegt sehr zentral und man konnte die Innenstadt gut zu FuƟ erreichen. Einziges Manko war die Parkplatzsituation, auf die der Vermieter natĆ¼rlich keinen EinfluƟ haben kann. Man muss sich selbst ein Parkhaus oder bewachten (teuren) Parkplatz suchen. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir absolut zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief einwandfrei.

Es hat uns in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einem schƶnen Viertel von Prag gelegen. LƤden SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten, StraƟenbahn und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und vier Kinder und hatten viel Platz fĆ¼r alle. Wir wĆ¼rden wieder kommen!!

We had a lovely time in Prague and really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated having two bathrooms and a washing machine for doing our laundry after a week of traveling around CZ. The apartment is in a wonderful location close to sights and transit. We experienced cool weather during our stay but the flat might be quite hot on warmer days. However our stay was lovely and we would recommend.

Clean and proper. Lot of space. Short distance to everything. Down sides: no view only top windows. A lot of noise during the night combined with warm weather and the windows being open. People partying walking through the streets below and trucks loading and unloading below. Perhaps not a problem if you are used to living in a big city.

The property manager couldnā€™t have been more helpful. He was here when we arrived and made us feel comfortable by showing us how to use everything in the apartment. His welcome was especially nice since weā€™ve usually spent the first day in our destination figuring out where and how everything works. He also marked up a map for us so weā€™d know where to go from the apartment. The place is extremely well designed and cared for ands every single item is tasteful. Beds are comfortable and shower is great. This is our favorite out of the three very nice places we stayed in Europe!

We went to Prague as a family of six (four teens) and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a great, central location in the city's beautiful New Town, only a few minutes on foot from Wenceslas Square, 20 minutes from the train station, 10-15 minutes from the Old Town. The apartment is clean, spacious and full of light, it's furnished and decorated nicely and has everything you need. We felt like visiting friends because the place had a personal touch to it.We were perfectly happy and would come again. Recommendation!

Das Appartement im Dachgeschoss eines historistischen Hauses liegt sehr zentral in der NƤhe des Wenzelsplatzes, so dass man von dort fast alle Prager SehenswĆ¼rdigkeitennprima zu FuƟ erkunden kann. Das Appartement ist angenehm hell mit groƟem Koch/Essbereich. Der Vermieter ist sehr kooperativ. Wir kƶnnen die Wohnung fĆ¼r 6 Personen bestens weiterempfehlen.

Location was very nice. Close to grocery stores, transportation and dining. We walked most of the time with many sites very close. Owner was to provide transportation from train station. Last minute message indicated his taxi was broken. We were on our own. He failed to answer the phone when I called the number provided. He did have someone waiting to give us entry into the apartment. Apartment could have been cleaner. The owner was to provide transportation to the airport but did not communicate in a timely manner on this and we had to once again make our own arrangements. He did come through 2 hrs before check out with a minibus but who waits until 2 hrs before leaving for the airport to find transportation. His guy also only to cash. We both got frustrated with each other and he told me it was not his problem! It would have been better for him to offer no transportation.

As a family of 5, we had a wonderful time at the apartment. The place is very comfortable, very well equipped and quiet. It's very close to the old city and still very convenient to access. Also, it's possible to find much better places to eat than in the touristic area, in fact the restaurant across is of great value. We would definitely come back here for our next visit to Prague and we highly recommend it.
