O Hotel está completamente descuidado, parece ter uma administração deficiente. No apartamento, sem ar condicionado, tem uma cadeira rasgada, com espuma saindo fora. O café da manhã razoável, mas com o toque imperdoável de louças lascadas, muitas delas. Wifi no quarto pago, gratuito só na recepção, poderia ser até aceitável se não tivessemos sido grosseiramente explulsos do espaço de um bar/café na recepção onde existiam ainda muitas mesas vagas para quem desejasse consumir algo. A localização é boa por ter opção de transporte público a uns 300m.

Custo benefício excelente
Tive uma ótima estadia. O hotel é excelente, fica um pouco fora do centro, mas perto do aeroporto. Isso não foi um problema pois o bonde que leva ao centro da cidade para ao lado do hotel. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e o hotel dispõe de restaurante caso vc não queira sair a noite para fazer suas refeições, tudo por um preço bem razoável.

Leider habe ich bisher kein Punkt gefunden, was uns gefallen hat. Eher im Gegenteil.... Auf den Fotos schaut es toll aus! Dies wurde warscheinlich nur für das Foto prepariert worden. Es gibt viele Punkte die ich jetzt erwähnen könnte, dafür reicht das Feld gar nicht aus. Wer auf Hygiene, Gastfreundlichkeit und das Umfeld Wert drauf liegt, sollte sich nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen. Wer die böhmische Küche mag, der mag auch das Frühstück dort. Viel "andere" Auswahl gab es leider nicht. Wände sind sehr hellhörig, Mobiliar fleckig, Bad klein, in dem Ecken /Wänden nicht sauber.... Ecc pp.... Schade, daher kein Punkt von uns (Familie mit 2 Kids)

Decepción
Cuando reservé el hotel decía aparcamiento gratis, wifi gratis y desayuno incluído. Al llegar al hotel, la recepcionista nos atendió de mala manera, y nos encontramos que el aparcamiento era en la calle y el wifi en la habitación había que pagar por día. Por el contrario a la tarde siguiente nos dieron el parking y el wifi en la habitación tal como indicaba la reserva.

The hotel is very old. The mattress are dirty. The sink doesn't work. The breakfast was poor and the coffee machine didn't work. Overall, don't stay in this hotel!

Katarina, Katka D and the head housekeeper are the only staff members who were willing to help you. Others, especially Veronica at reception, the blonde woman on the bar and the “security guard” were absolutely appallingly rude. We had no power for an entire night and after basically begging for a different room for just that night were given a ground floor room with disabled amenities - couldn’t even open the window and it was about 28o. Breakfast absolutely disgusting and all food was either cold including that which had just been bought out of the kitchen, stale or inedible - the slab of eggs were actually black/green in the middle!!! I could go on but don’t have enough room. Can not believe Expedia is associated with such a shoddy hotel and an disgusted that it rips people off by placing them in this hotel. Will never use Expedia again!

My family has traveled a lot and stayed at a lot of hotels and apartments but this is thus far the most terrible accommodation that we’ve stayed at, luckily it was for only one night. The pictures of the hotel don’t look so bad and I really don’t mind if the place is outdated as long as it is clean. Once we arrived at the lobby the carpets and the walls were already showing sign of a hotel that is not kept up very well. When we walked into our room the carpet was even worse with lots of stains and the bed frames are upholstered with fabric that had more stains. I immediately requested another room that was somewhat better with less stains. I will not return to the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone

Ok til en enkelt eller to overnatninger
Hvis det er til et par overnatninger, så er stedet okay. Det ene af værelserne var ikke helt rent, da vi ankom, men ellers ok værelser. Receptionen havde vi lidt problemer med den ene aften, da hun ikke forstod engelsk. Vi blev hurtigt enige om at det var et hotel for unge, da der var en del larm om aften.

Hotel OK no shuttle or wi-fi in room as advertised
Hotel OK, clean, and good service. No AC, so not comfortable when out temp is 36C. no airport shuttle or wi-fi in room, contrary to what advertised. You need to get taxi to get to airport, front desk is happy to do this, but the price is double overpriced, so you better do it yourself. It is not easy - the room phone don't work (always busy signal) - come to front desk to and ask to call the number, they do it- reason for I put a poor score.

No Airport Shuttle
Part of the reason I booked a room here is because I was the last of my group to leave the country, and their site advertised an "airport shuttle". When I arrived I was told they didn't have one but the could arrange a "flat rate" transport to the airport for 500 Koruna, which is about USD$25. To go THREE MILES! Rooms were super basic, no AC, so I just sort of sat there and sweated for a day waiting for my flight. They did accommodate me early, which was cool, and there are some hiking trails and restaurants near by, so not a total loss, but I HATE when places advertise falsely. Oh yeah, and it was the only place in Europe that we stayed over nearly a month that made you pay for wifi access. It was fairly cheap and close to the airport, so I can't complain.

Didn't like not having WiFi in our room. No fan or aircon so at 6am it was a roasting chamber. Sink was cracked. Bearley no water to shower with.

WiFi connection in the lobby and the reception hall is free of charge, WiFi in the room is charged from 75 CZK/day. We hope that you were satisfied in Prague.

Very bad service. We ordered wake up call.They never did it. We ordered breakfast package in the evening - they never gave us anything in the morning,when we left to airport,as promissed in the evening.they are writing on their site: "24-hour shutlle service avalible".But they just call to taxi,no any shuttle.

Huone oli todella kuuma ja henkilökunta osittain hieman ynseää, mutta mukavat työntekijät olivat mukavia kaikkien edestä (muunmuassa kerrossiivoja ja aulatyöntelijä Veronika olivat todella ystävällisiä). Hintaansa nähden hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä. Sijainti oli loistava (nähtävyyksille 15-20min ratikalla), kauppa ja McDonalds oli vieressä. Aamiaisella oli tarpeeksi valinnanvaraa. Huoneisiin kuuluu valitettavan hyvin kaikki meteli käytävältä, sekä vieraisistä huoneista mutta onneksi muut asiakkaat hiljenivät aikaisin. Varmasti tulen yöpymään uudelleenkin kun joskus matkustan uudelleen Prahaan.
