Let me first apologize for not the apartment being clened as you would like to, its a pitty you didnt contact us immediatelly as we would have fixed that right away. Our Residence is in the city of Prague which is convenient as everything is close but of course on the other hand it is a city which is a bit noisy so you can hear noises on the street as in every capital city. As for laundry, yes there is a small fee 8 but it is to used washing machine, drying machine, there is also powder and everything.
