"The service was outstanding the moment we walked in. The door staff helped guide our Grab to pick us up, helped us arrange a package delivery, accommodated all our requests, and even made recommendations for dinner and directions how to walk. Our room was very classy although a bit small as the bathroom shared the same space as the bed with a thin curtain. The “city view” was mostly building roofs, but was quite aesthetic at night. Also, nearby rooftop bars or the hotel’s own bar play loud...

The location is unbeatable – right in the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away, making it super convenient for dining out. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Ho Chi Minh City."

"Very luxurious hotel, loved all the little attention to detail, everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a turndown service every evening and they even leave a chocolate on your pillow. It is so close to everything in district 1, we ended up walking everywhere as it wasn’t as hot, just have to watch out for the rain. The rooftop bar was lovely, unfortunately the cathedral was being refurbished when we visited but once it is all done, it will make the view even better. And their cocktails...

"The Akoya Saigin Central was in a fabulous location, easy walk to fabulous dining options that the staff very helpfully recommended. Walking distance to the Ben Thanh markets. We stayed in a deluxe king room with balcony and the room had everything we needed, and was clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was pleasant, but the staff get the highest rating. They could not have been more helpful, organise Ng transport, recommending restaurants and general assistance. Would definitely stay again"
