"The room was pristine clean. Staff was extremely knowledgeable about the entire local region, from lakes, history of the Inn, etc. The live music was excellent. "The place was terrible. It was old and run down. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The AC in the wall was from the dark ages. The toilet was ready to fall over. The entire room spelled like mold and mildew. The shower curtain at first I thought stained with blood or rust. But no I finally realized the was actually a design on it. But just like AC it was from the dark ages. No curtain on the one window and the shade that was on it did not fit the full width of the window. It was having...

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....
