"This is such a cool place to stay. This 100-year-old hotel was delicately restored and maintains much of the class from when it was built. The staff are professional and courteous, really going out of their way for my anniversary. I especially appreciated Kessan, front desk associate that checked us in, Caroline, front desk manager that provided us with gifts in our room, and Gonzalo, M club associate that provided us with an upscale and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home. "

"This place is great! We’ve stayed her many times and it’s always good! All the staff is very pleasant and if you need anything for your room like towels etc, just ask and you’ll receive. I like the size of the rooms, having a kitchen area with a full refrigerator and a king size comfortable bed. Love the pool too! The only thing they should have though are umbrellas at the tables in the pool area. It was very hot and muggy( which I don’t mind) when we were just there, but it would’ve been nice...

"I liked the maid that was cleaning the rooms because the remote to the TV was broke and she gave us another one. She was very nice. What I didn't like was the doors to the rooms was loud when they closed and also the air conditioner in our room made a noise."
