The Space:

This modern flat is 39 m² in size and will happily accommodate 4 people. It has a spacious living room, a separate bedroom, a large kitchenette and a bathroom. It has been designed to make our guests' stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Bright colours, perfectly selected decorative elements and the highest quality furniture make you feel at home. Through the windows of the flat you can enjoy a beautiful view of the panorama of Poznań, as it is located on the 9th floor. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV set. In the other part of the room there is a table with chairs, where you can have meals together and spend time together nicely. The kitchenette has all the necessary items for preparing meals. It is equipped with amenities such as an oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The cosy bathroom has a shower cubicle and a washing machine, which will be an undoubted advantage during longer stays. The bathroom is also equipped with free toiletries and towels. We also provide a set of fresh linen for each guest and access to free WIFI. The flat is also happy to accommodate pets.

The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in Poznań - a city with numerous attractions for the whole family, which is certainly worth a visit. The flat is surrounded by green areas on the Warta River, the distance to the river is only 300 m. There are many recreational facilities such as an outdoor gym, a sports field or a children's playground. You can also take a stroll along the river, surrounded by local nature. The neighbourhood is well connected to other parts of the city, there are bus and tram stops within 500 m from the flat. Poznań Główny railway station can be reached in 18 minutes by car and the airport in 23 minutes. The Old Market Square in Poznań is 2.9 km away and can be easily reached with the help of public transport. In the vicinity of the Old Market Square you can find many monuments, such as the Town Hall, the Imperial Castle or the famous Poznań Goats - the most important symbol of the city. This is a place that certainly cannot be missed, on the list of attractions to visit during a visit to Poznan.
