Recently renovated, this three-bedroom cabin welcomes up to six guests at Brasada Ranch Resort. It sits in one of the ranch’s more private settings at the corner of the 8th green and 9th tee box—spacious and quiet, with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Cascade Mountains—most peaceful at sunrise and sunset. A short walk easily takes guests to the athletic club, pools, spa, and restaurants.

A cozy gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance—perfect for relaxing and settling in.

Unwind in the spacious outdoor hot tub while taking in beautiful mountain views, an ideal way to recharge after a day of golf, hiking, or simply getting away.



Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: King bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub.

• Bedroom 2: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

• Bedroom 3: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

We believe it is the best-situated cabin in the resort, providing a unique sight that sets it apart from other homes in the community. From the side window, you have a clear view of the 8th green, while the back porch overlooks the 9th Tee Box.. It is a one-of-a-kind vantage point that captures both the High Desert landscape and the greens of the golf course.

You'll have access to our cabin and a wide range of amenities at Brasada Ranch!



RESORT AMENITIES:

You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, athletic club pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees). Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.



Guests are not provided access to the Club’s Cascade Pool



Fire pits:

Brasada Ranch has temporarily banned the use of all outdoor fire pits until further notice.

There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests.

*Children aged 5 and under are not included in the guest count and are exempt from the resort fee.

*Brasada members are also exempt from the resort fee.



Resort fee will be collected by us separately before your stay, even if you choose not to use the resort amenities.

Once the total resort fee is calculated, we’ll send a separate request for the resort fee payment.



SEASONAL RATES:

• Jan 01 - May 12 = $36 / person / night

• May 13 - Sep 30 = $68 / person / night

• Oct 01 - Dec 31 = $40 / person / night

Enjoy full access to Brasada's top amenities during peak dates! This cabin is one of the few exempt from blackout restrictions, so you’ll still have access on July 4–6 and August 30–31.





𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄

• When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.

• The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)

• Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.

• The restaurant, athletic center, general store, and pool area are located 0.5 miles from this property.

• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.

• Guests may not utilize or park RVs, off-road vehicles, trailers, or other large vehicles at this property.

• While we strive to maintain a pet-free environment for this home, we cannot guarantee that pets have not been in the home, as we do adhere to rules regarding service animals.

• For your safety and comfort, fire pits are currently prohibited on the property, as per Brasada's guidelines.

Important Information Regarding Your Stay:

Hot Tub Maintenance: Properties with hot tubs are professionally serviced weekly. If the hot tub requires attention at check-in or during your stay, please message us so we can dispatch our maintenance team. This made be next day when the hot tub crew can stop by.

Offsite Management: We manage this property offsite and will respond to your messages and concerns as quickly as possible. If not urgent we will get to your message within 24 hours.

Emergencies: For any emergency requiring the police or fire department, please dial 911 immediately.



Cancellation Policy Note: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
