"Well furnished apartment with all the necessary for the stay ! We had a great time in this peaceful area. Thanks"

"My wife and I are easy and didn’t mind the lack of A/C but you cannot leave the windows open because of the bright lights, loud traffic, and moist air. Even when we did leave the windows open there is not much wind to speak of in Furnas so it didn’t help. Had there been at least a floor fan to provide some circulation of air it would have made for a much better sleep and stay. Otherwise the place was as described, clean, close to everything and the host was available. "

"Incredible place! I strongly recommend it!! Near downtown, close to everything. The space is big, with garage and everything you need to have a good time in Ponta Delgada. Internet is fast, in case you need it."

"Amazing wonderful stay. Very helpful and kind staff including front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff. Great breakfast in the morning. Clean room and quite spacious. Great amenities such as pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Overall very impressed with our stay and we will be happy to return one day. Thank you again for everything."

"Highly recommend!"

"Good accommodation in the centre of Ponta Delgada: Spacious room in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Lots of noise from the street. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll find it hard to get to sleep. It’s really annoying having cars driving past all the time."

"Beautiful and clean and amazing walk to beach."

"Smells like subway"

As another reviewer mentioned, you do need to bring your own toiletries, but that's as close to a negative as I can find. The shower is tall enough for someone at 6'4" (193 cm), and the...

"Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio y nuevo. Con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. El anfitrifon super super amable y antento. Tambien nos hizo muchas recomendaciones de sitios donde visitar y donde comer. Cons: Nada"

"Property was great. We just needed a quick place to sleep for the night. Didn't spend too much time there. But easy check in and everything was clean."

"Key was hard to find and didn’t really work. Washing machine didn’t work but they fixed it. But amazing spot and great value"
