The living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed for relaxation, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is filled with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom is a cosy ensuite with a double bed, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure your utmost comfort.

The bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries, to help you feel refreshed.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your stay.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

This property is conveniently situated just 1.9 km from the Póvoa de Varzim metro station, which can take you to the centre of Porto city and the airport.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
