Welcome to my home!


Traditionally furnished with modern features and tastefully decorated, this lovely home (150 sqm) is close to various top attractions in Taide, such as Citânia de Briteiros and Bom Jesus do Monte!

This house is designed with open living and dining areas. Featuring a large sofa, an armchair, and an ottoman to seat four people in the main living room, a sofa and a TV in the smaller living area, and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal, including an oven, a microwave, and a blender.

The house also has a washer and ironing equipment, should you need it.

The two bedrooms feature a double bed and two single beds complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, such as a hair dryer. Fresh towels will also be provided for your convenience.

Enjoy a game of pool in the game room or table tennis in the yard.

Step outside and enjoy the sunny days by the swimming pool. The pool is not supervised, and its use is the sole responsibility of the users. You can also relax in the hammock or have a meal on the picnic table.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note: This property only accepts bookings for a minimum of one week (7 nights) during July and August. Check-in on Saturday at 14:30 and check-out the following Saturday at 10:00.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the game room, the swimming pool and other outside areas. Please note that the pool is only available between May 15 and September 30, and is closed the rest of the year.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

The magnificent Castle of Póvoa de Lanhoso stands proudly, offering a glimpse into the area's rich history. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the enchanting Pontido Park, a serene oasis that invites you to explore its lush greenery. For a spiritual experience, the Santuário de Nossa Senhora de Porto de Ave provides a place of tranquillity and reflection. And for those seeking a refreshing swim or a relaxing day by the water, the Praia Fluvial de Oliveira offers a picturesque river beach to unwind. This is where history, nature, and spirituality intertwine, creating a truly unforgettable experience.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Sá Carneiro airport is a 1-hour drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
