"The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

"Apartment was well equipped and clean . There was a little mix up for entry when we arrived but sorted quickly and they couldnt have been more helpful and apologetic .

"As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease.

"Host was really helpfull, letting us know where his recommendation to eat was before. The only problem for me being disabled, was not know about all the steps to get into the property. They were different sizes as well so didnt help either. Tim was very apologetic and was trying to come up with ideas, when he saw me struggling to get into the house. "
