Their gîte, located on a mixed farm in the Berry region (70 dairy cows), is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the attractions of Berry.

Just 6 km from Valençay and its castle, close to the A20, A71, and A85 motorways, near the Loire Valley castles and 35 minutes from Beauval Zoo. In a quiet hamlet, with a small garden and a large front courtyard, the house features on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen with a dining area opening onto a living/dining room (TV and DVD player) leading to a terrace; a bathroom (double vanity); a toilet; and a hallway.

Upstairs: landing - 2 large bedrooms (double bed) - 1 adjoining room (access to one of the large bedrooms) with a 120x190 cm bed. Toilet with washbasin.

The cottage is equipped with an air conditioning system with reasonable energy consumption. You have 15 kWh per day included (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site). Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. Towels are included. Parking is available on the property.
Bike storage is available on site. From the A20 towards Paris-Vierzon, exit 10b Vatan. Take the D960 towards Valençay and then Poulaines. In Poulaines, take the D109 (Rouves-les-Bois) and turn right towards Le Petit Chambonnais. The cottage is the second house on the left before the crossroads, as you enter the hamlet.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for your stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. You have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
