A detached vacation home with a large terrace in its own 150-square-meter barbecue garden, surrounded by majestic fir and oak trees, not far from the park pond. The property also includes a lockable pavilion for your bicycles, an outdoor kitchen, and umbrellas. The property is divided into a lower and an upper garden. There are so many spots and places to sit that guests can retreat to a wide variety of locations. A solar power system creates a sense of sustainability. Heating is provided sustainably via a wood-burning stove and a room convection system, with bottled gas used during peak demand on very, very cold days. The vacation home is fully furnished with everything you need. All beds feature high-quality 7-zone mattresses. All you need to bring are your suitcases and groceries. The Waldfrieden vacation home is located in Eichenpark, a 50,000 m² area featuring mature trees, the park pond, and an animal enclosure with alpacas, rheas, emus, and more. There’s a netball court, a regularly mowed soccer field, and a mowed volleyball court, along with a sunbathing area by the park pond. Depending on the number of guests, you’ll receive a significant discount for weekly bookings of 7 nights or more, since the cleaning effort required is the same as for shorter stays, despite the larger size of the property.

The Eichenpark vacation area is located above Lake Wiesensee and offers excellent access to biking and hiking trails through the Upper Westerwald. As passionate e-bikers, we’ll even ride along with you for a bit if you’d like. There are many sporting activities in the Westerwald, located in the border triangle of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and North Rhine-Westphalia.
