"This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!"

"Kitchen was old, not well equipped, lighting poor, ants everywhere especially at night. There were no shops near by, you needed a car to get to them. The gordwalk was treacherous , old and dangerous for walking, wooden boards cracked, missing and installed far aoard. Beds were nice and clean but floors were old and looking not very clean. stoned wall in the bathrooms was rough, dirty and full of insects. Shower heads were poor. "

"It is true this is off the beaten track and very quiet except the dogs barking at 3am. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was crawling with ants. there were 2 holes in the wall that the ants were crawling out of. The property manager's solution was to use a can of raid and duck tape the holes. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1 night. We found much more comfortable accommodations in Tamarindo. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others."

"This place was clean, had everything we needed, felt safe and homey, and the beach access was fantastic. Rustic, gorgeous, and friendly. Would recommend to friends and will come back. ps- there are more amenities than one can infer from listing: the kitchenette is in the unit and there's a big fridge in the unit with ice trays.
