"Surfaces seem to be clean. Sheets were clean. Floor was not very clean. Bathtub and toilet old and stained. Shower curtain gross. Breakfast was okay. Staff very pleasant."

"I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene."

"You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities."

The floor in the room was very sticky and dirty but you could smell fabuloso cleaner super strong (which gave me a headache), so I guess it was cleaned or maybe just wiped across the floor. The rest of the room seemed clean. The smoke alarm was disconnected a laying inside the drawer in the side table. "I liked nothing about the property, It was not properly cleaned or outfitted, No phone in the room, stains on the carpet, walls, tub. Overpriced and other tenants were smoking pot and drinking out in the parking lot. Looked like an hourly joint."

"Hotel is in a very good location. Restaurants are very close and Medical is across the street if needed. The staff is very helpful, friendly, Courteous and professional. The Hotel is really neat and has plenty of parking."

"Room had dirt and hair all over the floors. Hairs in the bed when i pulled back the blankets. Towels were stained with brown and black spots. Was very surprised that i did not find any bugs. There was left over food in the freezer. Sink water kept coming out the bottom of the sink if i had water running more than 30 seconds. Room and bathroom smelt like mildew. And worst of all i paid $100 a night plus $90 in fees. There is also no where to park and if you park next door you will get threatened...

"Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast"

"The staff was excellent. The property is brand new and very clean and well maintained and run. The breakfast was very nice. The orange juice machine didn't work, so they were giving out free orange orange juice in bottles to make up for it. They go the extra mile, I couldn't be happier."
