You can reach it from the parking area going down an external stairway that consists of approximately 50 steps. From there you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Positano and of the sea. Villa Moresca offer all the modern comforts, it features a private swimming pool, nice private terraces with sea-view, which are very suitable for eating outside, an outdoor whirlpool, a private garden, lift, air conditioning, winter heating, satellite TV and WI-FI Internet access.

In detail this property is composed as follows:

Ground floor: where you will find a spacious living-room equipped with Mediterranean style furnishings and light upholstery, windows that overlook Positano and its gulf; two double bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom (with shower) and access to the panoramic terrace and a further bathroom (with shower).

1st floor below: with a spacious dining room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with wood-burning pizza oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all useful appliances, with direct access to the panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining, 1 WC with washbasin, 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, two of which have access to the panoramic terrace.

2nd floor below: where you will find 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, the fitness area with Turkish bath, a 6 x 12 m private swimming pool and access to the panoramic garden.

Finally the car is not necessary to stay at Villa Moresca, since it is near the center and there is also the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi-Sorrento line a few meters away, but if you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a fenced covered parking space, where can find place 2 cars.

Neighborhood and transport
Positano is renowned all over the world for the fantastic views it offers and the houses built in the rock. It is certainly one of the most enchanting places in the world with a unique landscape and a wonderful sea.
However, it is good to know that among its features, there is inevitably a need to make several steps to move on foot, so people with mobility difficulties may have some problems.
The car is advisable to move freely, as an alternative to taxis or public transport.

Rental rules
A refundable damage deposit of € 1.500 has to be paid upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charges in case of damage. Domestic pets not allowed.

Available for a fee: chef/cook service, preparation of breakfast and dinner with catering (waiter service on request).
A deposit of € 500 will be requested for the catering service until carried out.
