Perched in one of the most panoramic locations in Positano, Villa Epoca is a magnificent historic residence offering breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea, the town of Positano, and the Li Galli islands. Built around 1700 and beautifully restored, the villa combines timeless elegance with modern luxury across four levels and 500 sqm of refined interiors.
The villa is rented with a minimum of 8 bedrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. For larger groups, the attic level with 4 additional bedrooms may be opened, allowing accommodation for up to 24 guests. Upon request, four extra beds can be added in selected second-floor suites.
Interiors feature frescoed ceilings, elegant furnishings, bespoke fabrics, and curated artworks. Outdoor spaces include 1,000 sqm of terraced gardens, three panoramic terraces, an infinity pool, solarium, and al fresco dining areas. Indoor amenities include a spacious living room, a dining room with sea views, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Located above Positano, the villa offers privacy and extraordinary views while remaining close to the town center.
