This breathtaking house arises on a hilltop overlooking the majesty of the sea that meets the infinity of the blue sky. The wonderful panorama includes Positano’s bay, Capri and the Amalfi coastline.

Romantic Tower is situated in a 13th century watch tower surrounded by trees, with its 1 bedroom with king size bed, a sofa-bed for one person, 1 bathroom and a shared pool it can accommodate up to 3 people in the best comfort.

As soon as you enter the property there is the main circular tower room with its fantastic iron framed king size bed, a very romantic fireplace, as well as a large seating area all enriched with the best view over the sea. Going onto the beautifully decorated annex linked by a large terrace, guests will find a separate kitchenette with sitting area both internal and external for wonderful al fresco meal or just a refreshing drink to cool off on warm days.

The panoramic terrace above offers the possibility of sunbathing immersed into greenery as well as cooling off with an outdoor shower accessed by stone steps directly from the main room. Alternatively, there is a semi private beach only minutes away only access by a private flight of steps or by the sea.

This enchanting property is part of a 5-houses complex that shares a wonderful pool and private terraced gardens so to be the heart of this complex of over one and a half hectares. The swimming pool stands in the place of an ancient fountain with an olive tree that assures a little shade in the afternoon. Water is enriched with oxygen, so chlorine is not used.

Inside the gardens there are olive trees, lemons, tangerines and pomegranates, which are mixed with typical species of the Amalfi Coast, such as the carob tree, the Opuntia vulgaris (prickly pear cactus), the aloe, the giant agave the Euphorbia Canariensis and Bougainvillea are also stramonium, echeveria, cycas, clematis, euphorbia, hibiscus and jasmine.

Located along steep slopes on the central Amalfi coast, Positano is today a sophisticated tourist destination. Characterized by its Moorish architecture and the steep steps that lead from the village to the beach, this picturesque town has long been a favorite destination for artists, musicians and famous writers. The two main beaches, Spiaggia Grande and Fornillo, are both within walking distance; the others are reached mainly by sea. Ferry boats do daily service if you want to take a day trip to Capri and Ischia.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 7 nights, arrival-departure day: Saturday in high season; 3 nights in low season.
Check in: from 15:00; check-out: within 10:00
Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out are possible (with supplement).
The guests are kindly required to take with them copies of their passports.
The shared swimming pool is open 9AM to 6PM from May 1st through October 10th (depending on weather conditions).

Security Deposit (refundable):
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a damage deposit of € 500. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
The rates include the initial grocery supply, water, electricity, gas, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, as well as a mid-week cleaning and towel change and the final cleaning. Linen change included once a week upon request. The property is situated approximately 70 steps (comprising pathways and staircases) below the main road. We suggest using town porters for the luggage. The fee is € 15 per piece from 7 AM to 9 PM (€ 20 per piece if arriving by boat) and € 20 per piece from 8 PM to 8 AM. Costs may vary.
Extra Cleaning Services: € 250 daily
The city tax of € 2,50 per person, per night is not included in the rates. The city tax must be settled with the final balance via bank transfer. Please, note that this amount is subject to change.

Additional Expenses:
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
