VILLA SIRENA - POSITANO AREA
Villa Sirena is located in a small hamlet, on the cliffs of beautiful Neapolitan coast. Within 300 metres you can find the nearest local shop and restaurant and at only 500m distance, there is a bus station. It is the perfect place for those looking for a romantic place to escape to, or groups of friends that want to discover the area. Positano town with its many bars, shops, restaurants and the beach is only 5km away.

For a comfortable stay at the villa, we recommend a car; it can be parked at around 300 metres away in the pay and display parking on the street or in a public car park.

The villa develops on 3 levels, over 250 square metres and comes with a private heated swimming pool, terraces and can be accessed from the street level by going down 70 steps.

On the ground floor we find the air conditioned living area with corner sofa, wall mounted satellite TV and dining table and chairs. There is a separate kitchen (equipped with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) from where we have direct access to the patio and swimming pool area. The sleeping area on this floor consists of a double bedroom with satellite TV, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower (and hairdryer can be found here). Access to this bedroom is via an external door. The ground floor also has two more bathrooms: one with shower, accessed from the living room; one with toilet and sink only.

On the first floor, we find more bedrooms. One bedroom with air conditioning and satellite TV, is made up of three connected areas consisting of a double bed, lounge and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub with shower and hairdryer. From this bedroom there is direct access to two terraces with sea views, via French doors. The other bedroom is also a double bed one, with air con, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub with shower and hairdryer. From this bedroom, there is access to a small terrace with sea views, via French doors.

On the second floor, we find another two bedrooms. One bedroom, made up of three connected areas, with: double bed, lounge area with sofa, and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer; the room is air conditioned, has satellite TV and has direct access via French doors to a small terrace with sea views. The last bedroom offers a double bed, satellite TV, hairdryer, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub with shower; it has direct access to the small terrace, with sea views. On this second floor, we also find the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. This room has access via an external door.

Outside, the villa offers multiple terraces with sea views, a private and heated swimming pool (3x4m; open from the beginning of May until middle of October) equipped with sun lounges, umbrellas and table with chairs for al-fresco dining.
