Villa Valeria is a property immersed in the Mediterranean colors of this world renowned stretch of coast known as the Amalfi Coast; in fact, it is located right in the middle of it. It is the perfect destination for a peaceful and unforgettable stay.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The property can be entered directely from the coastal street, about 4 kilometres to the Positano main square and main beach. It has also direct access to the “spiaggia di Laurito”, a charming beach where you can rent deck chairs, beach umbrellas and where you will find a bar, a delicious restaurant and the water taxi service to the Positano main beach.
Villa Valeria has a particular architecture and is divided on 2 levels immersed in wide perfumed gardens and very panoramic terraces. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet, wide livingroom, kitchen, little sitting-room, laundry room, 2 wide terraces with spectacular sea-view, a panoramic garden and a spacious solarium.
Second Level, 85 sm:
The house can be accessed from a private stairway of about 50 small steps. You will enter in a large livingroom furnished with armchairs, a television, a DVD player, a dining table, and a large window open to the sunny and panoramic terrace. The window gives light and air to the room and offers the possibility to enjoy the amazing view even from the sofas.
From here you can reach the kitchen, a little toilet and the solarium.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, freezer, fridge, dish washer and other useful little home appliances such as microwave oven and toaster.
The terrace is of about 35 sm and has the access to the large solarium (top floor), furnished with deck chairs for unforgettable moments, sunbathing or enjoying a lovely local wine.
Both the terrace and the solarium have a fantastic view over Positano and the emerald sea of the Divine Coast.
This level has central heating and Internet Wireless Connection (on request – with your own laptop)
First level 140 sm:
The second level is connected to the first one thanks to an internal spiral stairway. You will arrive in a cozy sittingroom furnished with sofas that is lighted by a panoramic window. From here you can access both to the 3 bedrooms and to the 3 bathrooms: one bedroom has a matrimonial bed (a bed for 2) and a little sea view terrace; the second bedroom is wide and has two single beds (which can be joined on request), a sofa, two windows and there is also the possibility to add a third bed; the last bedroom has a matrimonial bed and a sea view window; in front of the bedrooms you will find the bathrooms, two of them has a shower while one has a bathtub. Next to the bathrooms there’s a laundry room.
On this floor there are two little gardens and the terrace/solarium of about 80 sm.
The terrace features two outdoor showers (one cold and one warm), deck chairs and little tables for delightful moments outside.
The view is simply wonderful and the villa itself is tastefully furnished and offers any type of comforts.

Rental Rules:
A cash refundable deposit of 500 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
Check-In time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Late check in fee after 20:00 € 25; after 11 pm € 50.
Checkout: 10:00
Prices include taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, electric, bed linens and towels.

EXTRA COST to paid on site:
Final cleaning 150 €.
In case of a stay of more than 1 week € 150 will be due for the weekly cleaning + € 150 for the final cleaning
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
Heating from November to April € 20 per day

The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Heating, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax.
