Esta villa elegante e espaçoso no coração de Positano, que pode acomodar confortavelmente 6 pessoas, está situado em um agradavelmente calma com um grande número de restaurantes onde pode saborear pratos típicos locais.
A partir da estrada principal no interior do país, onde existe uma garagem privada, vai chegar à vila por um vôo de 70 passos (não muitos pelos padrões da Costa Amalfitana).
Entrar na propriedade, recentemente renovado, se abre para um grande terraço com churrasqueira e mesas para comer fora e apreciar a vista deslumbrante Praiano spazzia ilha querida Nureyev, Li Galli. Na parte inferior do terraço há um terraço coberto, onde se pode sentar, mesmo se o tempo é incerto.
Do terraço você entra em um espaçoso triplo salão com mais de 10 assentos confortáveis, onde você pode desfrutar de smart monitor (Netflix, Prime etc). O salão é dividido em três quartos com arcos e tem uma grande janela com vista para o mar com vista de cartão postal.
Da sala de estar de chegar à cozinha, um sonho para qualquer cozinheiro, espaçoso, com uma grande mesa para 10 pessoas, equipado com todos os aparelhos necessários, um forno a lenha para pizzas e um canto com vários incêndios a grelha a carvão. Na parte de trás da cozinha é a lavanderia com instalações de lavar e secar roupa máquina, e passar.
A área de dormir no segundo andar é acessado através de uma escadaria de mármore, ao pé da qual há uma casa de banho.
Todos os três quartos são confortáveis e decorados com bom gosto. O primeiro quarto tem uma cama de casal e está equipado com casa de banho privativa com duche e um pequeno terraço. O segundo quarto também é uma cama de casal eo terceiro é um duplo.
Ambos os quartos compartilham um banheiro no corredor com lavatórios duplos, banheira e duche e abrir para um grande terraço ensolarado durante todo o dia, onde você pode tomar sol nas espreguiçadeiras.

The views from this Villa are amazing!! It is located right on the main street and as you are walking down towards the central part of town/main beach area, you pass many wonderful restaurants and shops, etc... so it is in a good location. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend.

Super enjoyable and relaxing place for our family of 6. Matteo, the owner, was such a great touch vs using property managers. Close to restaurants and shopping but also plenty room to cook and eat on the beautiful terrace.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. It has the most incredible balcony with amazing views of Positano. It is so spacious, beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 7. It is located next to many cafes and shops but not in the busy Positano Centre which suited us all better. Also not too many stairs to climb by Positano standards. Matteo was a wonderful host. We highly recommend his home.

Beautiful villa about midway up the mountains of positano. Walk from beach area about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic and crowds. Combined with Seventy steps to villa from street level, it was quite a hike but doable. Located near many good restaurants, which was nice on the days we wanted to eat nearby. Matteo was an amazing host, there to greet us and introduce us to the villa and to see us off when we left. He helped us with restaurant recommendations (getting us in before others waiting on the day or our arrival). He also provided us with recommendations for a driver, which turned out to be essential on the days the ferries didn’t run because of rough seas. Would definitely recommend to others.

The villa was beautiful. Although the kitchen was old in nature it was suitable for preparing any meals. Our only complaint about the stay there was we think Matteo should supply the villa with some basic staples like milk, butter, bread etc. Matteo was great. He was very informative at the beginning. The only problem with the villa is something that no one can change. It is 73 steps to the villa from the street. If you want to go to the beach via stairs you have another 369 stairs to navigate. You can go by the road but be prepared to walk uphill from the beach which is substantial. There is a bus that can take you to your villa which comes every half hour and proved very helpful on certain days. However you will be challenged by the number of people who take the bus. We loved Positano and our villa. Ciao.

We had the best stay at Matteo’s house! He was an amazing host and was always available for whatever we needed. The house is so charming, and you cannot beat the views from the balcony. It’s in an amazing location, close enough to walk into Positano main area but so quiet and peaceful not being in the main square. There are a ton of great local restaurants in the area, we preferred these over going into Positano proper. 10/10 stay and will definitely go back!

You will love this charming and spacious villa with huge outdoor and indoor space that provides wonderful views of Positano from every level and from every bedroom. VRBO host Matteo was very friendly and takes great pride in his villla. He gave us a tour of the entire house with instructions on how to use everything. Matteo also provided us with nearby restaurant recommendations and also even helped arrange a private transportation for our group to Bomerano. Grazie mille, Matteo! The lovely villa is exactly as pictured. Kitchen and multiple living room areas downstairs with a half-bathroom and a huge outdoor deck with sweeping views of Positano. Upstairs, three bedrooms: each bedroom with their own balcony so everyone has the same incredible views. There are air conditioner units in each bedroom if needed. There is a 150 Euro cleaning fee which should be paid in cash, but that fee is fully disclosed up front when you book the rental on the PDF agreement. Tip: if coming from the beach, don't take the Google map route (which will be shorter but vertical: all stairs). Take the slightly longer route up to Viale Pasitea which curves around. It's a more gradual ascent (easier on knees), plus you get to see all the great stores and restaurants. Overall, our group of 5 adults had a completely lovely stay in Positano. I HIGHLY recommend Matteo's Villa on Via Santa Caterina (located between the Hotel Punta Regina and the Chiesa di Santa Caterina). Would definitely stay again!

The only thing more magical and wonderful than the property and location is the owner, Matteo! From arranging dinner reservations and suggesting points of interest to visit and paths less traveled, to getting us the best driver when needed, Matteo is in a class of his own. Our family enjoyed 10 wonderful days in this perfectly located villa owned by Matteo, who was amazingly accommodating with us and very accessible during our whole stay. The villa affords you a panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, complete with sights and sounds of everyday life. We planned to experience this area as though we actually lived there, with local shopping,our own pasta making and cooking as well as frequenting some of the neighborhood restaurants. You would be well advised to have some Italian under your belt so that you can interact with the locals, which only adds to the already amazing geography of Positano. Bella Positano! We had such a wonderful time at Matteo’s Villa. 6 adults stayed comfortably with all the luxury we needed. Beautiful big kitchen lounging areas, large bedrooms with air conditioning, fabulous patio with the most outstanding views. Our Host Matteo was most accommodating friendly and charming. He arranged car and restaurant reservations for us and was at our beckon call if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this villa. Was in a great location close to the town and relatively short walk to the beach. Thank you Matteo!

My wife and another couple had an amazing stay at Villa Dolphin. The home and patio is gorgeous, clean, and lots of space. The home is also located on the quieter side of Positano which is nice to be out of the touristy area but also easily accessible when you want to drop in. Matteo, our host was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire trip. Highly recommend and Connor wait to come back!

Matteo was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and responsive during the booking and planning process, check in and out was very easy and during our stay he kept checking in to see if everything was ok. The villa was beautiful, in a perfect location with great restaurants on both sides of the villa. Views were outstanding and was perfect for our family of five. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Positano!

A wonderful villa - amazing location, spectacular view, and a very thoughtful and great host. The stairs up are worth it every one bit! However, for the price we thought it needs some love. Also, the AC didn’t work in one room for our entire 5 day stay and we had to keep shutting off the electricity to get it to work for a couple hours. The dryer did not work properly either (later figured out it was because we had to keep shutting the electricity off), one shower was impossible to use half the time because it was running boiling water, and the microwave was dirty (had red sauce inside upon arrival). Also, upon arrival we were told there was a tourist fee and cleaning fee that we had to pay cash for. We were also warned that if would use more than the allowed electricity, we would have to pay extra - which I think is a little odd to charge for considering the price of the villa.

Outstanding property in Positano. Very nice home in a great location. The home is very well equipped and has a parking garage below the home for your car. The owner is excellent to work with and very attentive. Enjoyed the stay very much.

We stayed there the last week of April and it was wonderful! We were a little nervous beforehand, hoping our choice for the week (based on a few pictures and reviews) would live up to our dreams. But as soon as we met Matteo and he gave us the grand tour, we were thrilled! The place was beautifully decorated and maintained, much larger than we expected, and the views were storybook perfect! The villa was in a great location - very quiet but also quite close to several amazing restaurants and a short 5-10 min walk to the central shopping district. All the taxi drivers and other locals we told about where we were staying also said we were in the perfect spot. Matteo was a great host- he was friendly and very responsive to all our questions before and throughout our stay. He welcomed us with delicious fresh local oranges and lemons, which were a delightful treat each day. We spent a busy week visiting all around the Amalfi coast and Capri, but enjoyed returning each evening and waking up each morning to the amazing views. Whether you just want to relax around the villa, cook in the spectacular kitchen, or dine out and explore, we’d highly recommend this place to stay!
