Perla house is a graceful independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Casa Perla you will enjoy the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Perla is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It has a private terrace with a view of the air. (Please read the description below)

You will be short distance from the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the SITA bus a few meters away (Fornillo Beach and main beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Pearl House from the street level without having to climb any steps.

You will not need to stay at Casa Perla. A parking lot nearby (parking lot can be reserved) or a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings includes two sofas. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find satellite TV Sky TV - 3D TV - Netflix TV and movies on demand DVD player and a CD player. The room has two porthole windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning / heating unit.

Mezzanine Level

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. It is paved with handmade tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm / 32 inches), and sofa bed. The ceiling is vaulted and has a height of 1. 90 meters (6. 2 feet). The mezzanine has a small window with a view of the sea. In this room you will find a TV SAT television and air conditioned

Kitchen

you will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. From the kitchen to the French door will take you to the terrace with the view of the sea.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm / 62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a Sky Satellite TV - 3D TV - Netflix TV and movies on demand The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning / heating unit. Here is an ironing board, and washing machine.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a porthole window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room

I inform you that this year 2018 for your stays in Positano the town hall will apply the tourist tax of € 1.50 per day per person from 1/4/18 to 10/31/18 .Kindly in cash when we meet in Positano

The apartment is located in the Chiesa Nuova area.
Near the house you find grocery shop, fruit shop, tobacco shop, bars, restaurants, post office, police, town hall, fish shop.
If you reach Casa Perla with bus sita you must to get off near the bar International.
After the grocery store, there is my home N 115. The road is called Via GUGLIELMO MARCONI.
Arrived by car you can stop near the RESTAURANT THERE ONCE.
'Cause the streets are very narrow in Positano. The price of parking in Positano is 9-10 EUR each hour. Casa Perla has an agreement with the parking Anna to EUR 30 per night. The car is withdrawn and returned near the house
