Overlooking the sea of Positano, in the charming area of Arienzo, Villa Eritia invites you to experience the Amalfi Coast between panoramic terraces, lunches under the pergola and moments of outdoor relaxation.



The property offers solutions for two, four or six guests and can also be booked entirely, up to fourteen people. The entire villa has six bedrooms, private pool and sea-view terraces for a total of 170 m², ideal for sharing your stay with family and friends.



Villa Eritia has a large pool complete with sun loungers, deck chairs and outdoor shower, set in a lush Mediterranean garden where the scent of lemons blends with the beauty of olive trees and flowering flowers.

From the solarium area and the panoramic terraces overlooking the sea, the view offers breathtaking sunsets, to be contemplated in complete peace whilst sipping a glass of fine wine.

An oasis of reserved and charming tranquillity, located just one kilometre from the beach and the heart of Positano, as well as an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento and the Island of Capri.

From the main road you access the garden and the spacious villa of 330 m², equipped with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, built on 3 levels with sea-view terraces:

On the ground floor, the villa welcomes guests in a spacious and bright living room with dining area, a warm and refined environment equipped with comfortable sofas, fireplace and satellite TV.

The kitchen, fully equipped, has everything you need to prepare pleasant lunches and dinners.



The sleeping area includes two elegant double bedrooms, both served by en suite bathrooms: the first also boasts a relaxing whirlpool bath and direct access to a reserved sea-view terrace.



The interior spaces dialogue perfectly with the exterior thanks to the large panoramic terrace, ideal for relaxing in the shade or sharing outdoor meals.



Going up to the first floor, the villa reveals a spacious and eclectic living room with dining area, designed for moments of sharing and leisure: the space features a large table, welcoming sofas around the fireplace, along with the elegant touch of a piano and a chessboard.



The room includes a comfortable fully equipped kitchenette and an elegant bathroom with shower.



A few steps lead to the sleeping area, which accommodates three double bedrooms (two of which can be configured with single beds upon request) and a second support kitchen finely equipped.



The bedrooms benefit from spectacular light: two of them boast direct access to the spacious panoramic terrace, where the view spans breathtakingly over Positano and the Amalfi Coast. This level is completed by a splendid bathroom characterised by an exposed stone bathtub.



On the second floor, reached by climbing a few external steps, there is an exclusive independent annex. This reserved space welcomes a comfortable living room with dining area, complete with sofa as well as a finely accessorised kitchenette.



From the living room you have direct access to a magnificent panoramic sea-view terrace, a true outdoor oasis perfect for moments of total relaxation in privacy.

The annex is completed by a comfortable double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower.



ADDITIONAL INFO:



•Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00.



•Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards a supplement of € 50 is charged. For arrivals from 00:00 onwards, the supplement is € 100.



•Check-out: by 10:00.



•City tax: to be paid upon arrival, € 2.50 per person per night.



•Parking: External private paid parking: € 30 per car per night.



•Final cleaning: final cleaning is not included in the price, a supplement of € 350 must be paid upon arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE PRESENCE OF EXTERNAL STAFF (SUCH AS CHEFS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, CLEANERS, ETC.) IS NOT PERMITTED.



Events are allowed subject to confirmation and incur an additional cost based on the number of people.



Unbooked and unregistered guests are not permitted.



In the event of a breach of the villa's rules, a supplement of €300 will be charged.
