A luxurious villa at only 15 minutes’ walk from the centre Positano offering the perfect backdrop for family holidays, group trips and weddings. Villa Angelina has to be seen to be believed.



This exquisite luxury villa is located near the town centre and boasts its own private swimming pool and spectacular views over Positano and the Mediterranean Sea. Built in 1741, its pink exterior makes Villa Angelina a truly impressive building – both inside and out.



Having been completely renovated in 2013, the villa has been sympathetically restored with no expense spared. The result is a luxurious property with unique finishes like frescoed walls and hand painted tiles on terraces and in bathrooms. All the bedrooms and suites are decorated in a sumptuous style that echoes the time that the villa was built.



In all, this expansive property has 12 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 28 people - making it ideal for events. Weddings and other celebrations are often held here given that the villa and its views offer such a unique setting. Ceremonies that overlook Positano, followed by food in the gardens or on one of the many terraces, help create a captivating ambience where guests can relax and soak up the atmosphere.



Its gardens (500 square meters) are also extensive, adding further to the romance of Villa Angelina. The main terrace (350 square meters) on the garden level of the property runs the entire length of the villa under a pergola, providing shade and dappled light. On the terrace there are also 3 heaters to warm up the area during the coolest seasons. From this terrace, there are panoramic views of Positano and Capri. The outside infinity swimming pool (width 4m50, length 8m50, deep 1m30; open from April 1st to October 31), on the terrace adjacent to the main one, has sun beds to relax upon while enjoying the same jaw dropping views.



Inside, the dining room and living room continue the palatial feel of Villa Angelina. The dining room, for example, is two storeys high with a vaulted ceiling and two antique dining tables. In the living room, just off the dining room, there are not one but three seating areas for relaxing. Double doors also open on to the main terrace making for the perfect indoor outdoor living arrangements. On the ground floor there are also 4 toilets.



For those that may need to work a little during a stay, there is a library where there is a scanner, fax and photocopier – in addition to Wi-Fi. Guests will also have use of an iPad and iPod with Bluetooth capability. Finally, in terms of on-site catering, the kitchen is of a professional standard where a private chef creates delicious meals every day. Guests can even have a cooking class during their stay, should they wish.



Villa Angelina is located on the upper side of Positano. It can be reached from the street level by going up approximately 150 stairs. Starting 2024 a public elevator it is also available from the street level. The guests will be welcomed in front of the entrance of the elevator and will easily reach the villa with zero steps. The cost for using the elevator is of 3,00 euros per person each way. The elevator it is available from 6:30 AM to 1:00AM.





BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS



First Floor



• 4 bedrooms: Ravello, capri, Positano and Praiano. They are all approximately 20 square meters. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. There are double doors that open to the terrace with sea view.

• In rooms Capri, Positano and Praiano it is possible to add one single bed on request.

• All bathrooms feature antique Neapolitan ceramic mosaics dating back to the 1700s.



Floor -1



• 4 bedrooms: Amalfi, Sorrento, Napoli and Pompei. They are all approximately 15 square meters. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. All rooms have double doors opening onto a shared terrace.

• This level can be accessed from the main level via stairwell, which leads to a landing with a guest bathroom



Second Floor



• On the second floor there are 2 family suite rooms: Liparlati composed by Liparlati 1 and Liparlati 2, Sponda composed by Sponda 1 and Sponda 2. They are both approximately 40 suqare meters. All rooms have ensuite bathroom with shower. All rooms hae ensuite bathrooms with shower.

Services not included:



• Food & beverage: a CASH deposit of 3.000,’’ euros will be asked at the arrival, and it will be used during the stay for the daily grocery. At the end of the stay the remaining will be returned, or more will be asked if not enough

• City Tax: € 2,50 per person per day to pay locally cash, children under 10 years old are excluded; (this tax may vary depending on Local Government’s decisions)

• Damage Deposit of 10.000,00 euros is held by the agency prior client’s arrival to the villa and it will be released one day after the departure if no damages are found

• Parking: the villa does not have a private parking, we collaborate with an external provider, the cost starts from € 80 per day. They provide valet service.

• The rates listed are for the rental only. In case of events and extra fee will be required (35.000,00 euros in low season, 45,000,00 euros in mid-season, 65.000,00 euros in high season to add to the rental cost). A 7-night minimum stay will be requested. The villa requires that some of the contractor used for the event are mandatory those indicated by the property (such as catering, music, flowers etc.)
