"The cabin was exactly what we wanted when we planned this much needed weekend getaway! The interior was cozy and felt like a home away from home rather than a sanitized hotel room. There was so much personality in the cabin with its rustic decor. The beds were cozy and we all slept well both nights. The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected, but not to the point of inconvenience just more cramped. That said it was great to have indoor plumbing and a hot shower each day! "We took our family for an extended weekend around July 4th. We had a wonderful time around the stream and in Mother Nature. The property is well kept and everything we needed, as far as dishes, silverware, microwave, coffee pot, etc. was there for our use. We Learned how difficult it was to catch brook trout, but we did catch 2 and saw several other jumping for flies that fell on the surface.
