Perfect getaway!
This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!

Great location
Close to town..and love that Portsmouth is a walking town. Apartment was clean and right next to peaceful waterway. It was a fun weekend!

Enjoyed our visit to Portsmouth
Good location - close to downtown, plenty of on-site parking, very clean. Host was very responsive. Noise from people walking around in the unit above was loud at times. Overall, enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Riverside comfort.
Love this comfortable one bedroom apt., perfect walking to most anywhere in Portsmouth, (1 mile walk to market square). Well set up for cooking your meals or heading out to the many eating spots all over the city. Equipped for all you might need to have a comfortable stay. My third year there, and I hope for many more to come. Owner very responsive, but my visit is always seamless.

Downtown location
++++ clean, location close to downtown, sufficient kitchen ware - - - didn’t receive code for check in, unit had NOT been cleaned. Upon phone text- issues were resolved immediately and partial reimbursement. Waterfront view is mostly obscured.

Convenient and clean!
We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was ideal for enjoying all that Portsmouth and the Seacoast have to offer. We appreciated the water view from the parking lot, porch entrance for easy loading/ unloading, washer/ dryer, and great water pressure in the shower.

Delightful stay
We enjoyed a week’s stay at this delightful apartment on the ground level with it’s own deck. We walked into Portsmouth downtown easily and enjoyed Grill 101, and the Indian Restaurant very much. We rented a car after we had walked around for two days. We used Turo to rent a car as no rentals available in town. Probably should have picked one up in Boston. Just FYI. Loved that the front door was never locked so we could walk in, then put our own code into our lock box. On one rainy occasion it was rather good to have the quick access to the indoors. After we got the car, the parking in the back was amazing. Nice open field and next to river and bridge into town. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on that. Heat and AC worked well and easily. Communication great. Would recommend for a couple interested in touring the area.

Perfect in Portsmouth
A gem of an apt..a quick walk to all the fun of Portsmouth. The apt was well appointed and located. Everything needed was provided, even parking. The river side setting was great for a picnic and the apt size washer and dryer handy as we stayed for a month. Air conditioner welcome as May was quite warm!

Perfect, lovely spot in Portsmouth
Three of us stayed in this lovely, well appointed apartment located by water and just a 15 minute walk (for us 70+ year olds). The apartment is just as described by the host. Comfortable beds; nice furniture; immaculate; everything we needed. We will return in the future!

Clean, convenient, comfortable. An adorable apartment that was ideal for me. Within walking distance of downtown Portsmouth. The ease of checking in was great and communicating with Elizabeth was very easy. The apartment had everything I needed. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely book this place again.

Fabulous location but…
The location of this apartment is very convenient to downtown and having a parking space in the back of the building was wonderful. The place is quite small but very well appointed and comfortable. However, it’s an older building so when you turn the heater on it’s really loud, and even though the weather was turning cold it was better to only turn it on for a very short time (luckily it was very efficient). But also, being an old building, when people were walking around upstairs it felt like the stormtroopers had arrived. Perhaps it’s because we’re not used to people living above us, but if you are sensitive to noise this might not be the place for you. Portsmouth is a great town and we weren’t in the apartment that much and so the convenience and location mostly overshadowed the down sides of the apartment

Perfect location for our getaway to Portsmouth. Easy walk to the downtown market district, and the unit had all the necessities and was just as advertised.

Pleasant Portsmouth stay
This small 1br apartment was a perfect place for my vacation. The building was closer to the road than I normally would have liked, but was pleasantly quiet inside with the windows shut. It looked newly redone, and fully equipped. I was pleasantly surprised to find a convection toaster oven there as well as the listed items. Several days I cooked my own meals, all necessary pans and utensils were provided. Stores were an easy drive away, as was access to rt 95 and other highways to get to MA or ME, or other places. Downtown Portsmouth was a pleasant 10 min or so walk, and I spent many an hour walking all over the city enjoying the beautiful historic areas in the town, and visited many of the great restaurants. Landlord was easy to deal with, parking was great. I hope to be able to comeback and stay here in the future!

Wonderful property and location!
We loved this place! Comfortable and clean, plenty of space for two. Excellent location. Easy for day trips to Maine and Boston. Portsmouth is a beautiful town and this location is easy walking distance to the downtown area, shops, restaurants and waterfront. We highly recommend a stay here for those interested in exploring the Northeast coast.

Excellent Location at a great value
Property is located conveniently just on the edge of downtown Portsmouth with all kinds of restaurants, shopping options and unique activities, e.g., Harbor Cruise, Walking Tour of Isles of Shoals, outdoor events at Strawberry Banke, etc. The location also provides easy access to the local seacoast, northern NH, Maine and Massachusetts. The view from the back deck and the property for walking to the water's edge are icing on the cake.

House is on main road, which gave me the “city” feel, without the crowds. Walk to restaurants, downtown, etc was so easy! Off street parking was invaluable. Would choose this location again.

Great stay, great location
I loved my 1 week stay at the apartment. Very clean, well maintained. Check in is easy with a code lock. I enjoyed the small back deck and the views that went with it. I do have a couple of suggestions, number 1 being the lack of a toaster. Secondly, it would have been nice to have a small oscillating fan for the living area, as only the bedroom has an air conditioner. I hit a June heatwave and it was uncomfortable trying to watch TV. Other than that, stay was wonderful and I walked downtown to eat and shop several times.

great again!
Stayed at this property again when back in Portsmouth this winter and everything was still great! Heating was perfect and the parking lot/walkways were salted and plowed so had no issue when the weather got bad.

Excellent in every way!
Elizabeth's property goes far above and beyond guests' expectations in short-term rentals. She has invested in top-notch kitchen appliances, fully-stocked supplies, and the most comfortable bed imaginable. Convenient location, easy parking, walkable to town, and cozy inside. We can't wait to come back!

everything you need and a perfect location!
I really enjoyed staying in this unit! I was alone but definitely had room for another person or two. Everything I could have needed for my two week stay was provided: cookware, laundry supplies, bathroom linens, soaps, etc. Location was great- a nice, short walk into Portsmouth and close on/off to 95. The outside porch was such a nice place to enjoy the nice weather as well. Definitely recommend!

Cute Place in a Great Location
This apartment was perfect for me and my husband who wanted to stay for a week in Portsmouth. It was a short and direct walk to the center of town or for a run to the grocery store. The apartment had everything we needed including linens and extra towels. These days it was also a nice extra that we were provided additional hand sanitizer and wipes. The owner was very prompt at answering questions prior to our trip. The only thing I would suggest as an addition would be a toaster, and do note you have to flip a switch on the wall for the heat to work.

Perfect rental
We loved every bit of this rental property, the apartment is spacious, close to the town, and all the restaurants/breweries. We spent the month of August in the apartment and would definitely visit again! The outdoor deck is fantastic and Elizabeth is a great host!

Lovely condo in downtown Portsmouth
We were very pleased with the apartment. It was actually larger then we expected and nicer then the photo's. The location was wonderful, very close to downtown and the area is just lovely. The apartment was immaculate and the small deck out back was perfect. Thank you again, Laraine & Carl
