"Washington's Rye House was delightful. The home is well-maintained and is in an excellent location near Wallis Sands Beach. Beautiful mid-century decor with a modern kitchen. Portsmouth is a short drive. Loved our time in Rye."

"Overall highly recommend! Great location and plenty of space for families and groups. Excellent response and communication from owners/managers. For the price I wish a few more things were up to par, several light switches not working, toilet paper holder broken and hard to find broom and dust pan for daily cleans. "The house was clean and nicely furnished. Even though it was just a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk it was still relatively quiet. We had a nice time staying there. Thank you!"

"The place is small, but it was cute and clean and comfortable. It gave us everything we needed as 2 friends visiting hampton beach for a couple nights. Sue was friendly and gave detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in which made the check in process very easy. It's a short walk to the beach and walking distance to the main part of the boardwalk too so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking anywhere during our stay. I would definitely consider this place for future...

"Perfect place at Hampton Beach for our 4th of July getaway. Walking distance to beach but far enough away from strip so it was quiet to sleep. Would recommend this place especially if you have kids. Sean was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. "

"We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. "

"I am very pleased with this property it was as advertised, very clean, great spot very close to beach(minor walk but still very close) and the action in Hampton Beach community.Parking worked out fine for 3 full size vehicles and it’s very close drive to MOTORSPORTS PARK at Epping NH for NHRA Nationals.
